Ox Duds LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. 

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship using reputable carriers. Standard shipping delivery times are typically 3–7 business days after shipment. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Ox Duds LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, you must notify us within 30 days of confirmation. Once confirmed, Ox Duds LLC will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. Because lost shipments are typically outside the control of both the customer and Ox Duds LLC, refunds are not issued for lost packages.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Customers must return the damaged item to Ox Duds LLC for inspection. Once the damaged item is received and verified, Ox Duds LLC will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged packages.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
