Return & Refund Policy

Ox Duds LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery(extended to account for weekends/holidays). To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received, including all original parts, packaging, and accessories. Items showing visible signs of intentional damage, misuse, modification, or abuse are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Ox Duds LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds
All returns are inspected upon receipt. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price only. Shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges (Defective Items Only)
If an item is confirmed to be defective, we offer a direct exchange. Customers must ship the defective item back to us at their own expense. Once received and inspected, Ox Duds LLC will ship a replacement item at no additional shipping cost. Exchanges do not result in a refund, credit, or price adjustment for the original item. The customer remains responsible for the full original purchase price. The only cost to the customer for an approved exchange is the cost of shipping the defective item back to Ox Duds LLC.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
Items returned outside the 30-day window or showing intentional damage, misuse, or modification are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Include your order number and reason for return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will email you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ox Duds LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Ox Duds LLC is registered.
